Liability for Product Defects and Damages

Dispute Resolution

FurnishFlow handles liability with care and transparency. We accept responsibility for product defects or damages reported within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue. Delays caused by third-party couriers are addressed case by case.

For dispute resolution, we prioritise open communication. If needed, we are open to mediation or arbitration before considering legal proceedings.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the FurnishFlow website, including branding, logos, product descriptions, imagery, design elements, and any original marketing materials, are the intellectual property of FurnishFlow unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited. FurnishFlow reserves all rights to protect its brand and proprietary assets.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Liability for our Logistics Partners

FurnishFlow accepts liability for product defects, damages, or delays resulting from our logistics partners or installation teams. If any items arrive damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost, subject to our inspection. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling by the client after delivery.

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve the issue amicably through clear communication and negotiation. If needed, we are open to formal mediation as a first step. Where mediation fails, arbitration may be considered before resorting to legal action.
