What is the timeframe for returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@furnishflowltd.com to receive further instructions.
Are refunds offered for rental items?
As FurnishFlow Ltd is primarily a rental service, refunds are not typically offered for rental items. However, if you purchase an item outright and it arrives damaged, we offer a full refund upon verification. Please report any damages within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@furnishflowltd.com.
When can I cancel my order?
Customers may cancel their order only if the furniture has not yet been delivered or assembled. Once the contract has been initiated and items are delivered and set up, cancellations are no longer accepted due to our minimum 36-month rental commitment. After the initial 36-month term, customers may cancel by providing at least 30 days' written notice prior to the contract end date.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, our delivery and assembly team will immediately assess it on-site. Damaged items will not be left behind. We will reorder and replace them at no additional cost — no questions asked. Our commitment is to ensure that every client receives exactly what they requested, in perfect condition.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@furnishflowltd.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions.
What condition should items be in for a return?
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these conditions.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, FurnishFlow Ltd will cover the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
